You can set Analytics not to track your visits by setting an IP Filter. The instructions and movie below shows you how to do that.

1. Determine Your IP Address
To find your own I.P. Address, go to this website:- http://www.ip-adress.com That’s all, your I.P. Address will be shown to you.
Note: If you access the internet through a wireless router (modem) every time it reboots (e.g. power off and on) your IP address will change. You will need to reset the Filter at Google Analytics.
